Dr. Tom Leber

Veterinarian

I have been a veterinarian for over 30 years. I am a former practice owner. I sold my practice and joined WVC in June 2022 in order to spend more time with my family. I thoroughly enjoy practicing veterinary medicine and involving the owners with diagnostic and treatment decisions. When not at the clinic, I enjoy biking, hiking, walking, and watching our children’s sporting activities. I was born and raised in Arizona, and our family has visited all 50 states.

Amber

Hospital Manager

I am the Hospital Manager of Wickenburg Veterinary Clinic. I have been a Certified Veterinary Technician in the State of Arizona Since June of 2020. Previously I was a Licensed Veterinary Technician in Las Vegas, Nevada. I went to school at PIMA Medical Institute in Las Vegas and started my career in small animal medicine at a local VCA. During my schooling and externships, I fell in love working with horses and large animals. After about two years, I moved my career from small animal to large animal. In May of 2020, I moved to Wickenburg and continued with my Large Animal Career. When I am not working, I like to take my dog, Indiana, out for walks or hikes around the Wickenburg area. I enjoy reading books about Mindset and Meditation. I like checking out the local Zoo’s and check out the Arizona ghost towns. I do go back to Las Vegas to visit my friends often as well as my god horses. In addition, I love photography. I take pictures of the adventures I go on or just something that catches my eye while taking my dog out for her morning walk.

Bella

Veterinary Technician Assistant

I just started as a vet tech at Wickenburg Vet Clinic in September 2022. I have been a vet tech for a little over a year and plan to achieve my CVT in the near future. I was born and raised in Australia in an animal-loving family, so I was constantly surrounded by all kinds of domestic and exotic animals. After I graduated high school, I decided to move to Arizona for exciting new opportunities and to be closer to family. When I’m not working, you can find me exploring the outdoors, off-roading, or at the lake.

Brittney

Client Service Representative

I am a CSR. I have been doing it for a little over a month. I started on February 1. My goals and plans for the future currently are just to work here. I really enjoy my current position and working with the people I do. And I really love seeing the animals every day. One of my professional achievements is that I went to cosmetology school. It ended up not being what I wanted to do. My heart is with animals. When I am not working, I like to relax and spend time with my two pugs, named Mochi and Maple. A fun and quirky fact about me is that I used to be in the circus and do fire eating.

Kristin

Veterinary Technician Assistant

My name is Kristin, and I’ve been employed at Wickenburg Veterinary Clinic since 2021. Here I’m pretty much a Jill of all trades. My favorite aspect of working here is that I get to see amazing animals every day (I have a soft spot for senior fur babies). Every day is definitely an adventure here. Plus, I get to bring my fur babies to work with me (a major perk).

Usually, when I’m not at work, I’m at home with even more animals (including my husband) or with my wonderfully energetic grandbabies!
